Yesterday there were two customers in front of me. As I waited for my iPad to be serviced I had the opportunity to listen to Dylan interact with the other customers, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly address the initial customer’s concern with little effort and free of charge. The second customer had a more complicated issue, however Dylan was able to navigate the concern efficiently and with good bedside manner (PS5s are expensive to repair). I thought my phone was beyond repair, but Dylan transferred all of my info from a broken phone to a new phone.
Service was quick and the person who helped me when I came in was wonderful!
