The service I received today was excellent. The needed repair was performed quickly and was well worth the hour long drive and 2 tolls to get there. I greatly appreciate the assistance I received today and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this friendly and efficient business.
They had to have it sent out. I got it back and can’t even slide my joystick into the side of my switch because they didn’t put the screws back in properly (something’s up with the thread) and there is a piece broken off the corner that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. The man who took it in wrote that there was barely any cosmetic wear on this switch. Very disappointing
My tablet still will not charge. I tried it on three separate charging cords, the lightning bolt comes on and immediately goes away.
