Lied about price to fix iPhone 11 screen terrible service, and they over price for the original so going with the 3rd party option was ideal and they "didn't have it in stock" although when I called them they said they had it
I had a 3-year contract with AT&T for a Galaxy S23 Ultra with insurance, paying a ridiculous amount every month. For the first 2.5 years, I paid for insurance I never used. Then, I cracked my screen a few times. I submitted the claims to Asurion and chose the Monaca location. Every time, I worked with the manager, Dylan. This guy is excellent, incredibly knowledgeable, gets it done right, and actually gives a shit about helping people.
