I'm not really sure how to rank this one because they never actually serviced my son's phone, but there's a reason for that. I made an appointment online around 10am, or before, for 6pm that evening. I selected the exact phone and the problem, and even got a confirmation text. We arrived shortly before 6pm to learn that they closed at 6pm.
