U break it in Christiansburg Va replaced my phone screen in hours. The phone looks brand new and functions perfectly. The staff is very friendly and professional. They did a great job and I would definitely use their services again, although I hope I don’t have to.
The customer service was awesome. I went in thinking my phone needed a charging port replaced but the guy looked at it cleaned it really well and it worked. Didn’t charge me just smiled and asked for a review. Would recommend!!
Decided to go twice and both times were very disappointing. They lost my iPad the first time and I came back with my laptop the next in which the issue never fully got resolved even though I ended up paying $600. Would not go back or recommend
