I sent my PS5 in for repair twice, and each time they charged me for a different problem. However, my device still doesn't work properly, and they haven't fixed the problem. Furthermore, despite me writing to them numerous times, they never respond. They are unprofessional and are abusive to customers. I don't recommend anyone trust this service.
Had an accident with my phone. Pierced it with a weeding tool and let out the magic smoke, so it doesn't work anymore. I needed to get the Sim card out for the new phone. Bobby was a great help. Since the battery was pierced, the plastic casing melted around the card so the little ejection pin won't open it. He eventual was able to get the card out for me. I did have to trim some of the plastic off to get it to fit in the tray. When I put it in the new phone it worked. Surprised me
