Useless had issue with my phone. They couldn't fix anything
My son Kody Lambert and I got phone cases and these guys are incredibly helpful very nice and easy to work with. They gave us an estimate to fix my phone in minutes and it was more than fair. Highly recommend for anybody best phone repair place I’ve ever been to.
UBREAKIFIX Salem, NH location refused to repair our phone. We had originally brought our phone to the Seabrook NH location which closed unexpectedly. We were emailed by Asurion Ubreakifix corporate stating that we had two options; option 1 was that the phone would be sent to a different location by the company and ALL repairs would performed free of charge or option 2 have the phone sent back to us as is. My husband's Google Pixel 7a battery expanded and overheated so severely that the screen shattered. We have been dealing with Google as well as Asurion Ubreakifix to get the repairs completed. Originally we brought the phone to the Seabrook, NH location which closed without warning, without contacting it's customers. Dropped my phone off to be fixed and then they closed down. Been trying to get my phone back for a month. I'm told every other day someone will call within 24 hours. Headed to SPD to report the phone stolen after work.
