I was having trouble with my Gmail and a older/slower computer. Brandon P. at the Oakley Office walked right up and immediately jumped into both issues. Within several minutes I was back working in my Gmail and working with a faster running computer.

I broke the screen on my phone and an associate by the name of brandon, not only got my screen fixed for me, but he went the extra mile to inform me that i could be eligible for a free screen protector and port cleaning. I was indeed eligible and he had the additional services done within 10 -15 minutes of me being there. He could have just sent me on my way after the screen repair but chose to dig further to see what could be done for me. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is what should be the standard.
