My phone was diagnosed a d repaired quickly. Very happy with the service.
We were hesitant because of how much damage was done to the screen (it got ran over by a truck), but since it still powered on, we moved forward with it anyhow. The rep stated it would be a couple of hours which I didn't mind and when we were pulling into our driveway about 45 min later it was all done!!! And it looks and feels as when I bought it, runs smoothly. I am very happy with my experience... some people may gripe about the pricing but it was well worth it.
