My phone was diagnosed a d repaired quickly. Very happy with the service.
We were hesitant because of how much damage was done to the screen (it got ran over by a truck), but since it still powered on, we moved forward with it anyhow. The rep stated it would be a couple of hours which I didn't mind and when we were pulling into our driveway about 45 min later it was all done!!! And it looks and feels as when I bought it, runs smoothly. I am very happy with my experience... some people may gripe about the pricing but it was well worth it. Sent to uBreakiFix by Verizon since I had virus laden apps and they could not find all of them. It took uBreakiFix about 1-1/2 hours to complete the work. I had them also replace the damaged screen protector and case. Other than my battery, my Samsung S24 Ultra phone works like new. I was out about $115, very much worth it.
