Realized that I cracked the back of my phone this morning and was devastated because this was one of the last presents from my dad before he passed. Called the location in Pearland and they said they didn't carry any of the replacement parts for my Samsung, and recommended I either call other locations or go to the Samsung store in the Galleria. Had amazingly quick service, supplemented by an incredibly friendly atmosphere. DJ was an amazing help in choosing the correct case and charger afterwards aswell!!
DJ provided outstanding service! He fixed my phone quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. He was courteous, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. I really appreciated his knowledge and how fast he got everything taken care of. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing phone repairs!
I would like to inform those that eho have massive junk mail clogging you phone, Ana has taken interest to teach me how to prevent scam mail. I was archiveing ridiculous amounts messages in lieu of deleting them. Who knew? Ana did and I appreciate all her time and trouble! Thank you Evan Hopkins
Had an appointment and showed up to a locked door and a sign that said system issues. They should have notified people with appointments so we didn't just show up to nothing.
