I experienced the most nasty customer service yesterday at this location! Whoever the owner is you need to train your employees to do Better! I was sent there by Ausrion Home Tech with my claim number and code for data transfer and the guy was just horrible! That I did not have a claim and he would have to charge me! Once again horrible customer service and if they were both having a bad day then they should have left that attitude outside the door!
Honestly the best place to get repairs James has best customer service was absolutely the best l!!
