Ryan is knowledgeable and a solutions provider! I had to go out of town and had no time to wait for a replacement.
I had two computers damaged by a lighting strike. On the first, replacing the mother board was fine: timely and at the quoted price. A secondary, undiagnosed, minor problem needed a return visit. When I returned the tech said, "Ops, we'll fix that." Repairs were done by the next day as part of the original job. Once the first computer was done, they repaired the second computer which I had been able to use, even though it was damaged (lost 4 of 20 cores and all but two ports, a USB and HDMI fortunately). Very knowledgeable and accessible to me. Love the system. Can wait on more than one person at a time. Easy drop off and pick up. May want to add a little background music to the video screens for warmer atmosphere while waiting. Mrs. H
Logan has been the one I'm lucky enough to have worked with each time. I'm not the most knowledgeable kid in the click when it comes to electronics but Logan has walked me through every step making it very easy for me to transfer my information and get the things done that need to be. completed. Bless his heart, he's been so patient with me and I certainly appreciate the way he has treated me and resolved my issues to the best of ability.
