Two of the 3 experiences I’ve had here were terrible! Will not be using this store again. First experience broke my screen Verizon sent me here to have it fixed. The screen still came on and I wasn’t informed of the maintenance setting for repairs. The most recent time yesterday, same issue cracked screen. The guy that did the intake also didn’t inform me to set my phone to maintenance mode but wiser this time I knew about it and set it that way before handing it over. Logan was polite understandable and told me exactly what I needed when he could had charged more for an accessory but didn’t ! He went far and beyond !!!
