An update limited the amount of battery charge I could have, because I had gone over 400 charging cycles. I did have to wait for my battery to come in (I'm sure there were tons of people that had my same need), but when the battery came in they called me right away, and the turnaround time was estimated as about 3 hours but ended up being less than an hour. Fabulous!
