Amazing price and service!!!
When I scheduled my appointment, I was told the service would be performed that day while we waited. When I dropped the computer off I was told 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I called, and was told it was almost done and should be available for pick up the next day. Was told they were able to sign in to various apps, and it just needed one more update? Called 2 days later to ne told it is a software issue, and it would be an additional $129, mind you I was sold on this policy that all issues are covered. I felt I was lied to by the ... read more
