Very fast, respectful employees, easy to redeem an Asurion claim.
I had a poor experience. I took my phone in for a battery replacement under warranty. I was told that if they break the screen during the repair, that I would be responsible for the cost. I feel they are trying to conn me out of additional cost. I took my business elsewhere.
