I went through AT&T Asurion for a simple iPhone 14 battery replacement. First- they cancelled their mobile appointment to repair my phone. Second- I drove to the store and dropped my phone off at 10:15am. I was the fifth person to drop off. I called them at 2:00 and they said they hadn’t even started working on it yet.
