Customer service by Isea was above and beyond. He listen to my device concerns and assist me on filing a claim .
When I turned in my laptop for repairs, it would run just fine while charging and flicker and turn off when when not charging. I took it for diagnostics and asked the guy who I turned it in to "if I needed to back up my data" and the representative said no, there's no need. They open my laptop, diagnose it with water damage and say it won't turn on anymore with the power cord. Was the data backed up? No, and they told me it was my responsibility to back it up.
Do not bring your phone here. They refuse to do any manufacturer warranty repairs because of a piece of dust on the phone and when you send it to the manufacturer there is no problem getting it fixed. This has happened four times now. It is a waste of time to come to the store. Do yourself a favor and do not bring your phone here.
