This was just a disaster. We waited 6 hours for ubreakifix to release the phone due to a glitch between them and Samsung. This was just to realize that they changed the parts and used a replacement with the wrong color, black versus blue. I had to return this morning to get it fixed. It took an additional 4 hours to discover my glass protector was gone. Their only solution was to put on a vinyl protector and ask me to come back to replace the glass. Abysmal service.

They were not able to fix my Chromebook but they did refund some of the money I paid them because they felt that was the right thing to do. I would return to them if I ever need another repair.

Quest 3 controller was broken with the battery insertion. There wasn’t an official fix for it but Zach innovated very quickly and used a creative way to fix it in just 3 minutes. Saved me over a hundred bucks. Great people here.

Stopped in to get pixel 8 screen replaced. Zach the manager was friendly. Store did a good job and quick turnaround.
