I think the company is horrible especially there warranty system but one guy in corporate name Brenden is the best thing to happen to this company this guy went above and beyond beyond to help me and answered every call even though the company failed me he went above and beyond even afterwards and for the I’m grateful .. promote this guy immediately before another company stills him
I took my phone to uBreakiFix on S Arlington st in Akron-OH to have the cracked screen repaired. Once I received the ok from Samsung Care for the repair the process was very easy. Gage explained everything that they would do.and called me when the phone was ready. Gage was very helpful and professional.
