I’ve been in here twice. 1st time for work phone. Had it fixed in a few minutes. Then comes out and explained what the issue had been in detail. 2nd time cat knocked my iPad on the floor got the home button stuck. Gentleman had it squared away in no time.

They only focused on the battery which was their diagnosed and they had it for months maybe (1.5)… my dad who doesn’t know what he is doing took apart the computer and found out it was actually the motherboard
