I left my laptop with them for repair on Tuesday, and i was told i would hear back within 24-48 hours. It is now the end of the day on Thursday, and I haven’t received a text or an email. By the way, I gave them both my number and email address, and both are working. I’m afraid they stole my $800 laptop. update: after a week of waiting, they couldn’t fix my laptop.

i have insurance and my fix should’ve been free but i had to pay $150 instead.
