Stopped by while on a road-trip and he cleaned out my iPhone X port in 10 minutes. Port was toast. Instead of charging me for a lengthy costly replacement, he suggested I get a $20 wireless charger across the street at Target to keep me going on the road… Kindness not expected but gratefully received.
