Terrible experience with uBreakiFix Castle Rock. I brought in my MacBook with a cracked screen Monday night. They said 2-3 hour fix. Tuesday afternoon I hadn’t heard anything so I called. They said the technician “broke the bezel” while fixing the screen but don’t worry, they ordered a new bezel and would fix it for free. Better pricing that the local competitors and very fast service. They got me in and out for a iPhone 15 pro max screen replacement. Dropped it off when they opened and got it back same day!!!!!

I’m only giving one star because that’s the lowest option. They deserve 0 stars. If that. I brought my computer there Friday at 10 am for it to be fixed. I explained what was wrong with my computer several times and expressed an urgency for it to be fixed as that Sunday (the day I’m complaining) I am moving across the state for college. When I talked to them on Friday they said I could get my computer on Saturday afternoon.
