Fast effective, even finished before they said and went above and beyond.
Today was a very eventful day. My phone went black and would NOT function for anything. I ended up call Verizon and was sent to the local store. I was then advised that I needed to file a claim to get phone repair. I had the MOST DIFFICULT time trying to file the claim. I was beyond frustrated. However when I entered into Ubreakifx location in Newport News , Mr Chance was SOOOOOO PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGE, he explained the process of filing the claim and the amount of time to repair my phone.
