Brought my PS5 in about a week ago for a hdmi repair. Was told 1-3 weeks. The paper I was given says they would contact me by 3pm the next day with an update. Never received a call. I decided to call to check and now I'm being told it can take about a month maybe longer. I asked why that long and I got the most absurd answer " we get about 50 ps5 consoles a day and we don't ship them out until 3 days after receiving them."

Have Asurion insurance by ATT. Needed a new battery for my iPhone. Scheduled at home service which apparently is provided by this store. Waited around only to find out the store/tech rescheduled my appt without notifying me! Called the store the next day and asked if I can just come in and was told yes. SPECIFICALLY asked if they had that battery in stock and was told YES and to come on over. Arrived at the store (30 minute drive time) and was then told they don't have the battery in stock!
