We showed up at the shop, and Caitlyn greeted us with a smile , and knowledge. My wife’s phone is an older Samsung that would not power up. The battery had been recently changed , but still she same problem. Caitlyn tried her best , but phone would need a new battery to troubleshoot the issue. She did not have one at the shop, but was able to steer us to someone who did. Unfortunately the battery was not the problem, and the mother board needed to be replaced. My phone was so down with malware & I couldnt use it at all without being stressed out w/it flip flopping or flop flipping...im so glad I went to "Ubreakit" it was well worth the trip & money I spent waiting 3 hrs to be free again to use my phone properly...thank U so much

I was sent a text from the Port St Lucie UbreakIfix store, requesting a review of the repair performed at their store. The store is very disorganized: you hand over your device without a receipt; the repair quotation is not in writing; and the store has many creative excuses why the repair is not completed in a timely manner. I left my iPad to have the battery replaced. It should not take over one month to replace a battery. This is reason for the ONE STAR rating. Everyone was sweet, informative, and professional! Jesse helped me so much! My ps5 is sounding beautifully and is sparkly clean! Also, props to the manager for working with a derange rude customer this morning. The manager (I think was Amanda?) was very clear in instructions and steps the rude customer could take and handled the customers backlash with amazing customer service professionalism. Thank you for what y'all do!

Went to get the thermal paste on my ps5 replaced got told one week to get the thermal paste in stock, than two weeks told they still had to order it. On the third week they got the paste in and proceeded to tell me they used it all up and had to order more so it would be another week. So I took it somewhere else.
