They were quick and professional, I've used them a few times, and they turned around an iPad repair very quickly
The first part of the repair didn’t go well, but after speaking to management on phone, the iPad was fixed to my satisfaction.
Service was excellent with a reasonable fix.
Scotty was the best. Even though Asurion did not recognize our desktop (even though their tech registered it), Scotty did a quick diagnostic test and eliminated some corrupted files for us. We cancelled our Asurion coverage. In future we will come here directly for help!
