Poor communication. 1 month later the device isn’t repaired and the tech doesn’t know what it needs in order to repair it.
Somehow the home button also had to be replaced. It wasn’t broken. Maybe they were right. Maybe not. Never good when you pay 100$ and then somehow you have to pay another 50$. Again maybe they were right….
Melvin was an amazing help. Fixed my iPhone 17 pro max fast and with a great attitude. Great customer service and recommended anyone who needs a fix comes here.
