need more help in the repair section. good price, delightful help just wish it was a little faster!
I brought it in a month ago and when I got it back it seemed like they hadn't done anything to it nor did they explain what was wrong with it in the first place, so I brought it back recently, and they held onto it for a few days and this time when I came to pick it up they were way more professional and explained exactly what happened and even showed pictures to show me how bad it was. Definitely an improvement to my previous experience
Great service
Went in to have my screen replaced due to a problem with it. Same was a known issue and was covered by Google. Repair took longer than quoted. Said they recalibrated my fingerprint scanner and it still doesn't work. Screen seems to be working fine other than the fingerprint scanner.
Very polite, very helpful, and explained where I could understand.
