Unfortunately they were unable to repair the phone due to the motherboard being damaged so I can't rate them based on food repair but I can say every time they told me something they never held up to whatever they said. Like when they told me I would have my diagnostic report that same day and I had to call them to see why it was I hadn't received it yet and then that took a whole another day then I was told my phone would be done the next day I called them two days later to see what the status was and it was still not repai... read more
Drove 1 hour arrived at 5 they close at 7 but they couldn’t fix my phone ! They said it would take 2 hours well that is two hours ! Still the phone isn’t fixed I’m now filing a complaint with my carrier !
UPDATED 2 DAYS LATER Anthony and Xiomara were awesome. Had an issue with my new phone they backed up my photos and settings AGAIN and was able to put everything back on my 2nd New phone the way i like it. Original review-BEST DAY OFF MY LIFE.. Went to another place the guy said the phone was gone, everything lost.. my heart sank.. i went to get a 2nd opinion at ubreakiFix and they used their own parts to get the phone to work and was able to retrieve ALL MY PICTURES and contacts. I could not be happier..
Helped me with my issue very quickly and friendly. Excellent customer service.
