This place is amazing! Their In-Person customer service is exemplary. I broke my phone two nights ago on the walkway leading up to my house. It was the front screen of a Google Pixel 8 XL. I didn't anticipate them to have one in stock, so I expected to wait a few days. However, they had the replacement screen in the shop, and had my phone repaired in under an hour. Extremely personable employees that genuinely seemed happy to help.
The wait is super long, I had to return twice because of an error that was made, which is an hour drive one way for me. They opened the store late. No apologies were made.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They told us to come in 4 times and every time they were either gone during open hours or they keep telling you to come back because another guy has to do the task even though you come when they tell you to. Go somewhere else
Worst phone repair service around. Go somewhere else, anywhere else...trust me
