I had a warranty issue with a pixel 8, I called them, asked if they had the parts, and got the OK to bring my device in. Once there, they checked it out, verified it was a warranty issue, and that they had the parts, and told me how long to expect the repair to take. They called me when finished, on time, maybe even sooner than they estimated the repair to take. The repair was done well, and promptly. The staff were helpful, and polite. Fantastic shop. Very knowledgeable tech's. Friendly, considerate, fair and very fast service. Explain the situation in great and explicit detail as well as potential repair procedures. Very well stocked of spare parts and also new gear. Great to have them around. I am lucky since their shop is just 10 minutes from my residence. I will tell all my friends about these young great guys. Is extremely handy to have them around. God speed...!

Extremely Poor Service & Communication – Avoid This Location for Urgent Repairs I brought my Dell notebook to the uBreakiFix location on December 15 after it fell from a table and damaged the charging port. I paid a $65 diagnostic fee and was told the repair would take about 5 days. I specifically explained that this was my work computer and that I needed it back as quickly as possible.
