Last year, my sister and her children were in town when my niece's tablet broke. Not only did the team fix it quickly, but they even mailed it back to my sister in Florida—above and beyond expectations! More recently, my son broke his tablet, and once again the service was outstanding. Not only did the employees provide excellent support, but the owner personally reached out to make sure the issue was resolved.
