I took in an IPhone 11 Pro Max for a battery replacement and when I received my phone back I didn’t immediately notice the screen and front camera were either broken or not properly put back together during repair. I called them to ask about the issue and was told that since the phone wasn’t under warranty they couldn’t prove that it wasn’t damage that occurred after the repair and that I would have to pay for any additional damages that weren’t noted when it was brought in. Had my PS 5 HDMI port Fixed it went out 6 months later and now they want to charge me more than the first time to fix my PS 5 HD THEY REALLY NOT FIXING ANYTHING
My Galaxy S21 would charge to 100% then go to 0% in a few minutes and shut off. I took it to the Verizon store for help and they said they wouldn't be able to do any sort of analysis of the phone and then tried to sell me a new one. So I went to uBreakiFix and they checked the phone and immediately were able to tell that that battery needed replaced. They replaced the battery and a damaged screen for $250. It took about 3 hours. Same day service. Saved me several hundred dollars over getting a new phone.
We had great customer service from this specific location. Everyone was upfront and helpful throughout the process of getting a phone battery replaced under warranty. Would highly recommend.
