I wish I could give lower than 1 star. These guys turned a 3 hour phone repair into a 3 day ordeal. We dropped the phone off on Thursday afternoon. Their 'technician' called us on Friday and told us that he damaged a cable and they'd call us back to let us know the repair schedule, it's either be done later Friday or Saturday. No call ever came so we called back at about 4p in Friday afternoon. Thats when the runaround started. They were waiting on a manager and hadn't made any progress on the repair.
