Worst service, I went to fix insurance claim repair for my phone, they said part need to be order and once part received they will call me, no updates for 4 days and when I called them they simply said they can't repair take phone to some other store, when I took to other store they fix the phone in one day. I don't recommend this location.

Came here after having a terrible experience with another provider. Jay took care of me as soon as I came in. The service was quick and efficient and I will continue to come back here whenever I have any issues with my phone screen again. This was the best experience I have ever had when getting my screen fixed!! Amazing service!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This review pertains to the Willowbrook location. I will say it is a very poorly run operation. They took my computer in to perform a repair and told me they would contact me after they assessed it. One week later after not hearing anything I called for an update. The response was they needed to order parts for the repair but couldn't until the manager approved it. When would that be?
