The battery is replaced and that's about it. I made an appointment and took 6 plus hours to have my phone back. Best Buy gets it done within 1h for the same price. Apparently they had to go through the front to replace the battery therefore remove protective screen which they put it back, The screen has bubbles now and I have to pay out of pocket to replace the screen protector. You can buy it here for $20 hahahaha - no thank you. The repair was for battery replacement which was not charged, well had 2% and I had to perform ... read more
