Even tho my phone was broken beyond repair the service man was very nice and helpful. I'd go back anytime
My experience was great. These guys went above & beyond. They were extremely fare with pricing as my phone was out of warranty and had no insurance.. I'm a forever customer. Tom is all about "SOLUTIONS"
Very poor service... it took three weeks to get it cleaned, and they returned it to me broken.

This specific store needs to work on their communication skills. I dropped my computer off in the beginning of May, ever since then I never heard back. I called around 10 times, every time I was sent to voicemail. I went to the store in person in the middle of the month and they had no update. Time went on and I still never heard from them after that.
