Very professional and my tablet was fixed and ready 2 days before the estimated time.
All I want is a quote for my HDMI port for my Series X over the phone since there are NO PRICES LISTED ON THE SITE, I live 30 mins away & dont feel like driving to just getting a pricing quote. & they KEEP PICKING UP THE PHONE & LEAVING ME ON HOLD FOR +30 MINUTES... what is wrong with these people, I hear them speak to someone as they pick up then put me right hold before saying a word to me.... can I speak/email or even morse code a complaint to a manager or GM?
