its far exceeded a middle man or just one simple step. i've never once gotten anything fixed on the spot or even calling ahead. 1st time the owner tried to get out of damaging my iphones face id on a screen change with no prior knowledge it wasn't OEM or that their were even options. 2nd time I sat there a week to find out they STILL hadn't mailed my iPad to their tech repair shop 8 days after drop off. they won't help transfer my external hard drive files for me as advertise online and on the phone vy Asuerion 24/7 techs . ... read more
