Calvin and Aiden and Jordan at ubreakifix in Eau Claire, Wisconsin were extremely focused and persistent in trouble shooting, and ultimately fixing my brand new phone! It really saved me a great deal of time and money, as I was pretty sure this phone was a lemon, and I was geared up to replace it. So greatful!
It was great to be able to get one working phone out of two broken ones for a small fee. Would have been nice to get both working but cost to fix old tech is too expensive.
Thought for sure my son's phone was a gonner, but uBreakiFix took care of it and we had it back with a brand new screen. Always pleasant and professional! Great as always!
