I called because my phone wouldn't charge, I had tried multiple chargers, I tried cleaning out my charger port, I thought I was going to have have to pay to have my charger port replaced. He told me to come in and he would clean out the charger port free of charge, so I went in, and he fixed it instantly, and as he said, it was free of charge Really great service, I really appreciated it.
