Called looking for MacBook recov and was told the fix couldn't be guaranteed but the cost was set. Ended up getting it fixed at another shop near Pen. Sad because they've been good in the past for simple things like PC cleaning/thermal paste application but they may have had some new hires that just don't care and just want to punch out as soon as their shift is over.
Update; another repair. They guarantee their work. If they hadn’t been able to fix it they were going to refund my money. They persevered and were able to repair my iPad. Thank you! Great service. No nonsense. Knowledgeable, helpful, thorough.
