Trent and Richard, both, were friendly, nice, outgoing and professional. I was very satisfied with their level of customer service!
Filed a claim through Asurion for a screen replacment on Sunday the the 21st. Went in on Tuesday (theyre closed Sunday and Monday) to have the repair made. Was told by the younger rep behind the counter that he had the parts but wouldnt be able to get to it that day and to come back Thursday when they open. I came back Thursday to a different rep who stated that the wrong parts for the repair were put on hold by the previous rep and that the parts needed to be ordered and that they should be in by saturday the 27th and to co... read more
