I took my computer in on Feb 27, 2026, it’s now April 4th, 2026 and it’s still not fixed. It was just to get a screen repaired. The first excuse was they forgot to order the part, then it was they are too backed up to repair it.
Nas went above and beyond for me got my phone looking brand new with the liquid screen protector he is definitely top tier at his job 10 out of 10 thanks brotha ! Matt T.
Extremely disrespectful staff. Alex and Tyler need some serious customer service training. All they had to do was just say they were sorry. I made an appointment through Samsung care plus and servify as the back glass on my s24 ultra shattered on a drop. They were not able to honor my appointment as there was a "system issue" so I had to come back the next day.
