Ricardo was amazing, we had some issues which was completely my fault because I couldn’t remember the password I had given my child’s phone and Ricardo was so patient and understanding and help me finally be able to fix her phone I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are fast and so understand when you accidentally lock your phone when they are trying to work on it.
