I went because the screen of my Pixel 5a was unresponsive after dropping it. I was there for under a minute and the person helping me said they would not even look into the issue at all since it might be a motherboard issue. I went to the location in Herndon the next day and they said that it is likely the motherboard issue, but they would take a look to make sure. All it needed was a simple screen replacement. If they spent more than 30 seconds with the phone they would have been able to properly diagnose the issue.
I had a broken screen on my phone, and when they tried to fix it, they broke the vibrator and the back camera, and when I contacted the company customer service to complain about a bad service I received from this store, they connected me back with the guy I have an issue with to resolve the problem, and the guy was pretending he is a corporate technician, lol. This was unprofessional and unexpected at all. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I don't advise to take your belongs to this store.
Absolute scam. Do not take your Samsung devices here. They will charge more to replace your screen than replacing the entire phone. When you point this out they launch into a tirade about how they use certified Samsung products, which is absurd, since it would never make sense to pay more for a repair than an entirely new device.Terrible customer service. Watched the two people in line before me be treated with contempt and walk out. Stay far away.
