Unfortunately, they could not repair the two desktop computers that I brought in. One of the computers was only 6 months old. However, it was a refurbished computer and I'm not sure if the company I bought it from was just a rip-off. It worked for approximately 3 months, and then it would not connect to the internet via Wi-Fi or direct internet cable. All of the employees were very professional and polite. Great customer service and communication. I had to replace my laptop screen and it is working great
