Speedy service. Very personable. Fixed my problem!
Took a Nintendo Switch up here to get fixed after it wouldn't charge or turn on. They charged me $100 and then said they couldn't fix it and to just send it to Nintendo. At this point I could've bought a brand new console for what it'll end up costing to repair this one or spend a little more and just upgrade to a switch 2. They were unhelpful and I feel robbed.
Stopped in today, received immediately assistance and Tristan fixed my issue within 5 mins (no exaggeration). I sat on the phone with Verizon technical support for an hour and they gave me zero remedy. I strongly recommend this place. My next step was buying a new phone and burning this one. Thank you, Tristan.
This shop was 20 miles from me but i was referred to them from family and they did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. If i need a future repair i will give them a call. If anyone i know needs a repair i will give them there number...
