I hate writing reviews like this; because they weren’t rude or anything but it was like they completely forgot their customer service. I did not get my repair done, and they didn’t have an answer about why. I brought in my HP laptop with a cracked lid; I could use it just fine but I couldn’t close the lid. They repaired my display, but then 2 days later I couldn’t even power it on. I bought a new battery myself and that brought it back to life for another 2 days.
