I tried to replace the battery in my son's iPhone 8 using a kit I bought online. It didn't go well and I damaged the screen. I went to Mobile Klinik and they were able to get the damaged phone working well enough to transfer the data to a refurbished iPhone 15, which I bought from them on a tab for less than it would have cost to fix the screen on the original phone. Next time I'll take my phone to them first for the battery replacement! They even stayed late to make sure the phone was working.
Phenomenal job fixing my phone.
Unable to access Google Play store and a few other features on my phone I went to Telus in Country Club mall to ask if they could assist me. Their representative told me my phone was too old(6 years) and that I had to replace my phone. They tried to sell me a refurbished phone and put me into a two contract with a phone plan that would have cost me twice what I am currently paying for my present non contract plan. As seniors my wife and I did not know where to start with our phone problems. We visited the Mobile Klinik Mid Island Nanaimo and met Aryan who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a repair to my iPhone and my wife wanted to upgrade her iPhone. Aryan determined what parts needed to be ordered for my iphone and an appointment will be scheduled when parts arrive.
