Kevin at the Dublin office was superb. He was completely competent and his manner was the best one might expect.
Very fast and efficient
uBreakiFix and Asurion are great! I just had my macbook pro repaired there (screen replacement). This is the third item that I've had repaired through uBreakiFix/Asurion. I am very pleased with the service and I highly recommend it. The staff and technicians (especially Alvin and Saleem(?)) are courteous and professional. The macbook was repaired in a very reasonable amount of time.
