Went in for a battery replacement for an iPhone 12 and they put in an old battery that caused performance issues in my phone and also made it restart every 5 minutes of use. I took the phone to another location and they said that the phone was not re-sealed properly and that the motherboard suffered damage during the battery change, effectively rendering the phone useless.
