Fast (1hr screen repair), professional (straightforward, clear communication) and covered extended warranty on my Google Pixel. I would recommend to a friend to check out Terra Losa Mobile Klinik.
They do a good job with repairs, but I wouldn't get a screen protector here. The staff need better training on how applying the screen protector works. Also, it's not oleophobic; in fact, the screen protector they installed shows way more smudges from my fingers than the screen of my phone. And $30 is a lot for a piece of plastic from a Cricuit machine.
Sketchy, telling me they have to open the phone to see if there's water damage before they will warrantee it (through Google for a known screen issue) and that its almost $400 if they open it up and decide that... Went to the other one close to this one instead and was told instantly before opening it that it's covered no problem. Heard a similar story from a friend who went here too.

These folks rock! I had a poor experience with the Southgate Mobile Klinik location, so I followed some reviews that said to try out this location and they were so right ! Someone called ahead of my appointment to walk me through everything I should have done before I came in, then upon arriving my phone was fixed within the hour !! The service was amazing and incredibly customer focused. I would be more than content to recommend any friend of mine (or stranger if you are reading this) to get their phone serviced by the kind... read more
