Went in with my mother's phone that had ads popping up all the time. I tried all the tips on Google and you tube, but had no luck! Akash was very friendly, and helped me out extremely quickly! I can't remember the last time I had such great service, thank you Akash! I will definitely be back!!!
Awful. Didn't call me for weeks to let me know the phone was ready. Called multiple times. Stopped by once and they were closed. Read the other reviews. Don't go here.
Make sure to clarify all the details before you hand over your phone for repair like physical condition before and after repair, what if your phone gets damaged during repair, etc.
I came to Mobile Klinik thinking I needed a new charging port (expecting a few hundred dollar repair) as my phone was very finiky when charging. Akash at Mobile Klinik told me my charging port was just full of lint, and cleaned it out for me free of charge! Thank you Mobile Klinik!
