Waiting for a screen and have been since last week in August. They don't communicate where they are at with the repair parts that were apparently on there way. When I called they said the system was down for all Mobile Kliniks. I am with Telus and the Asurion protection company. I am disappointed. Why am I paying for protection when nothing is getting completed?
I dropped off my S21 for a back glass replacement and was told it would be a few days. At the time I was told that the computer system was down and the worker could not order the glass until the next day. I then waited three days and returned on the agreed-upon date only to find out that the glass had been ordered, but only half the shipment came in. This place saved me from having to pay a lot of money for a new phone.. I needed a screen replacement on my iPhone 15 pro max and it was done that same day. The only downside was I was told 45mins to an hr and it took about 3 but I’m not complaining. It was well worth the wait. Everything works great
