I have been to this location a few times and have good experience every time. Fast service, reasonable price, good customer service.
I dropped off my laptop at Mobile Klinik in the morning and had it back by evening, all fixed. Most places would have kept it for days, so this was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clear about what was wrong. Highly recommend!
Extremely disappointed with my experience here. This was my second time having a bad experience, and their work ended up doing more harm to my phone than good. They told me my phone had to be sent away to Edmonton for 2-3 weeks, but I took it to another shop nearby and they fixed it on the same day. Won't be coming back.
Great service and attitude; the technicians are very helpful. I traveled to Calgary from Ottawa. Unfortunately, when I visited Drumheller, my Samsung S26 Ultra was dropped and the screen was broken. I called the store to ask about an official screen replacement, and they said they could do it. It is true, after coming to the store, my phone was alive with a new screen. They did it even though the store was closing in 15 minutes. I am very appreciative. Highly recommended for everyone.
