California MD Location Nobody in the store when I came, and I get near the back glass and said "hello, hello" than a laid come from outside aggressively said I couldn't stay there, I asked were because did not understood and this laid told me to get out because it is her store. I was referred to use this company by Verizon to fix my phone. Hours are not correct. They close at 5p instead of 7p. I went back to Asurion website and order a replacement phone instead.

First off I was not at the store to get anything fixed I went there to get a package from the Amazon box. I showed up at the store not knowing when they close and two employees were coming out the store I asked if I was able to get my package I didn't know if it was connected to the store or not the lady was extremely rude and said no were closed and walked to her car 😑 I was shocked by her attitude she had and went back the next day they opened at 10am and no one was there no cars in the parking lot nothing I saw another c... read more
