I had a wonderful experience! I brought my phone in, and they fixed it for free! The technician told me it was such a small fix that he didn't feel right about charging me for it. He was very respectful and polite.
A very mixed experience. On the plus side, very friendly people when in the store. On the down side, when trying to get status updates by phone, it is truly a chase. Not a single time did they call. In the end, after 5 days, the phone could not be fixed, through no fault of their own. In conclusion, my guess is that this place is under-staffed and/or overworked. They are trying their best, but I think way too much workload for too few people.
Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable team. They had the part I needed in stock already and had it fixed quickly.
Mo was very kind and quickly fixed a problem with my Pixel that no other repair shop even tried to fix, including other Mobile Kliniks. I was in and out in ten minutes.
Walked in for a black screen and he managed to fix in 3 seconds , great service and very professional, 5 star for him
