I had my screen fixed last week, within one week the screen shattered due to a minor impact, the phone never leaves its case. There was a thumb print fracture that spiderwebbed the entire screen, in no way could that have been solely caused by a minor impact. As it was a physical defect they couldn't give me a replacement. Buy their insurance if you get a screen.
After explaining our situation and needing to purchase a used phone they stepped up. Very helpful and willing to do what ever was necessary to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Very friendly. They even let use their wifi to transfer data from one device to the other. Very satisfied with this experience.
I needed help with my SIM card from another country and they helped me out for free. I'm really grateful.
