Urgently needed a new pre-owned phone after my wife's phone battery died while we were traveling. Mobile Klinik came through with a nice Pixel 7 for a very fair price. They made sure everything was working perfectly before sending us on our way. Highly recommend. Great customer service.
Repaird phone screen and told me they would replace the battery for 100$. Few weeks after coming here my screen separated from the backplate and smashed. I didn’t drop my phone it spilt in half while I was texting and the screen broke. “You’re blaming this damage on us” the same worker who worked on my phone. He pushed the screen back in and isn’t going to replace it or refund. I wouldn’t go here.
Mobile Klinik is amazing. I thought i was going to have to factory reset my phone and possibly lose some photos according to advice from other cell repair businesses. Mobile Klinik diagnosed the problem quite quickly and were so pleasant. As a senior with some but not a lot of technology skills it made my day! Thank you Frank.
Friendly and effective service. I had what I thought was a major issue. It was solved in minutes by a very courteous technician. My conclusion they will not rip you off doing unnecessary repairs.
I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max (only a few months old) into Mobile Klinik for a screen replacement mid-August. The repair was completed on time, however, I immediately started having problems the moment I took my phone home; overheating, randomly turning off, the screen turning purple or becoming pixelated, etc. I had none of these prior to bringing my phone in!
