Before I left my ipad I asked if I would be able to open and the person said yes, when I showed up it had a new screen but I was still unable to open, it said connect to iTunes, he said that I had to do everything at home and that it would become a factort reset, he did not say that at time of leaving ipad, waste of 156 dollars. After calling around town and starting to think all hope is lost, i called uBreakiFix. These guys are magicians and they saved me tons of headaces by helping me restore data off of a destroyed device. They were patient, understanding, accomodating and are real problem solvers. Service was much quicker than I would expect for anything tech related and billing was also very reasonable for the service provided. Call here first, they will get you taken care of.
