Friendly guy compassionate as well as good prices
I was very pleased with the service here. The guy at the front desk was very nice. I travelled from out of town, so it was nice they fixed my screen within 2 hours. I would recommend again. So far screen is working great, and I am happy with it.
My mobile phone charging port and the charging cable weren't connecting properly. The cable worked fine with other devices. I browsed repair shops and Mobile Klinik was one of the few with a website and accreditation from device manufacturers. I decided to give them a try and am very glad I did. The gentleman at the desk listened to my description of the issue, took the phone and did a cleaning of the charging port right there. A bunch of debris such as pocket lint, dust etc came out. We recently bought 2 devices from your store on London road in Sarnia. The first device we bought, the person at the front (Nick? He was a heavy set man) explained everything, made sure it worked - which was a great experience for us. Because of this, we decided to return for another device. This time we had a different person (he was skinny with glasses), and was there last time with a leg up on the arm rest of chair while on a cellphone.
