I went in to get my phone fixed since it said my Sim card wasn't in it when it was and paid the diagnostic fee but I declined having my charger port cleaned for the additional fee. I paid for the diagnostic fee then I got the speedy phone call saying it's ready for pick up. Great super quick and turns out it was just a loose cord needing to be reconnected. Just had s25 ultra fixed by Slava , excellent turn over time and the price was cheaper than other places in the area .
Service was quick and friendly but it was really expensive in my opinion. 50$ plus tax just to get my phone's USB-C port cleaned. Also I asked if they could swap the port if needed but they can't actually do that.
BY FAR my best customer service experience of all time. SLAVA took time out of his busy workday to help restore my broken screen to its fullest potential no questions asked. Later that day, I witnessed him saving several cats from a burning building on his own time (he seems like he would never steal company time). Hail Slava.
