Issues getting the parts for the repair but they made good on it and sent me to another shop. It’s all good.

The uBreakiFix in Kathy on Fry road was terrific. I called a couple of other Cell phone repair places that told me that they did not have the equipment to replace the screen protector on my Flip 5 phone. When I called the uBreakiFix in Katy, I was told that they had the equipment but were out of the screen protectors and that he was going to order more and that I should call back on Tuesday to verify he had received the order.
