Reasonable people to work with. Gotten my screen replaced a couple times, although, recently they keep messing up my earpiece speaker and my earpiece microphone, causing me to be unable to take calls on anything other than speaker. Maybe it's the technicians, maybe its the complexity of the phone. Either way, reasonable people to deal with, just annoying my phone keeps coming back more broken than when I gave it to them.
They did exactly what I asked them to do. Would have given 5 stars but I didn't get a call or text that my computer was ready.
Ryan helped us greatly. He was able to fix our computer problems quickly in the lobby for a reasonable price. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend uBreakiFix
