The guy that works at this location clearly hates his job. He has the customer service skills of a cactus. Pick a different location to get repairs done.
I didnt have a repair done! You tools didnt even bother to verify the number of the person who dropped a broken iPad off that was almost as much to fix as a replacement was! And, when I called about the false notification, and fear our information had been compromised, you hung up on me!
Keelin fixed my phone in less than 2 minutes! He's very pointer and helpful. He didn't even charge ME!
Great service. Disappointed that I could not use the 10% off coupon that was on their website.
Keelin C. was my tech advisor, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose the issue with my PC. He had the problem resolved in a timely manner and kept the process straightforward. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost. The service was very affordable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend his services.
