Stay away from the Fayetteville, Arkansas location if you have a game console that you need worked on. I drove over 20 miles to drop off my Xbox console only to be told they don't have any employees who are competent enough to work on game consoles. The main supervisor said every time they work on a console they damage it to a point to where they have to buy the customer a new console. So they just decide to stop working on them all together.
