They said they would follow up within two weeks. I had to followup and they told me the part was not shipped twice, they were going to overnight the part and then called me two hours later it was fixed.

They lied about the care program. They lied about the data recovery they said they could do. They lied about the alleged discounts. And on top of failing 100% of the data recovery, they DELETED all of my data off of my external hardrive I gave them to copy the info on. DELETED ALL MY DATA ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY WHILE DOING LITERALLY NOTHING THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD DO
Had a warranty issue screen replacement with my phone, made the process easy once I figured out where to go. Clean store, knowledgeable staff.
