I dropped the PC off March 3rd a little after 10am. I dropped it off to update the bios. They said it would be 100$. I called 3 or 4 days later and they said they would get to it but they were behind . I went down March 21st and the PC still wasn't fixed so I just took the PC with me and will get it repaired elsewhere. I do want to say that everytime I spoke with someone on the phone (once) or in person (once when dropping it off and once when picking it up,) that everyone was very polite and courteous. I took my phone in to get the screen repaired. The guy told me it was going to take a couple hours. The process was pretty quick and easy. When they text me and let me know my phone was done it probably took only an hour. They didn't have the exact color for my phone in stock to repair it but to me it didn't make a difference because I'm not planning on trading my phone in it was just going to be gifted to somebody.
