I'd go higher but the stars only go to 5. The customer service was exceptional. Knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, and quick. Repair cost was very fair. Where the Geek Squad is corporate and uncaring the Fay-ville Ubreakifix team is local and friendly. Hopefully, I won’t be back, but if (unfortunately) the situation arises......they're my go to.
I brought my computer in for diagnostic and repair. Lewis spent 30 minutes @ the counter patiently trying to diagnosis the problem. Unable to fix it, he explained the repair criteria and general cost. Lewis texted me three days later saying it was fixed and ready for pickup. Lewis, was off the day I picked my computer up and did not charge me for diagnostic and no parts were needed. I really appreciate the friendly service and Lewis helpful attitude to help.
Went to the mall repair kiosk and they were gonna charge $20 for charger port cleaned out. Took my phone here instead was done in 30 seconds and my phone actually charges now. Thank you Hailey make sure you go see her she’ll get you squared up.
Staff was very patient, explanatory with services, and courteous of my time and needs. Very appreciative of the staff here! They had my phone for maybe 30 mins and the screen crack was repaired and looks brand new!
