By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had taking my tech anywhere. The only competent person was a person from a different store. My pc got delayed by a significant amount of time and every single person I talked to gave me the absolute run around. I had mentioned to one of the workers EXPLICITLY to put in the file not to replace any parts without asking first, and then come to find out that the exact opposite had been put in my file from another employee.
