Stopped by today to get my charge port fixed on my iPhone and Willow got the problem fixed in a timely manner and completely solved my problem! Highly recommend coming in if you’re having a problem with any of your devices!
Terrible experience, brought my Playstation 5 in to redistribute the liquid metal. They said it would be 24-48 hours. Took them a whole month and they never called to update or apologize. called about 5 times within that month to ask for an update, every time being told that someone would call me back the next day, which didn't happen. TL:DR Very poor communication - needed to call them to get updates, even when they were needing our authorization for a purchase. In 5 weeks we never received a call from the store. Very poor listening - tried to tell us we had a problem different than what we brought it in to fix. Very poor technical knowledge - believed our device did not have components it does in fact have (my theory is the googled CMOS and saw it was phased out).
