He cleaned out my charging port and was cool about everything
It took approximately a month or more for my phone battery to arrive, the one they sent was defective, they cracked the screen on my phone during the battery replacement which they were supposed to replace, they were supposed to place an order, never heard back from them. I would not recommend this company
Walked in, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed quickly. Now my phone charges again!
